Timeline
1998
Founded as a subcontractor installing ducts and cable into the highway for tier 1 contractors.
2009
We became a full tier 1 contractor coinciding with delivering specialist services in ESI sector.
2012
Expand and open our operational depot in Poplar, London
2013
Our offices moved from Waltham Abbey depot to our current head office in Potters bar.
2016
Implementation of no-dig innovations NICE® and NITE® for commissioned UK Transmission & DNO projects
2019
Our operational depot relocates from Poplar to River Road Barking.
2020
Founder, Mark Scanlon retired and Power Managing Director, David Rough joined.
2020
We establish our Gas & Multi Utilities Department
2021
Rutland partners invest in JSM group.
2022
Opens our own EUSR accredited training centre in Barking, London.
2023
We celebrate our 25th Anniversary

We established JSM Utility Services (Ireland) Limited
2023
We changed our name from JSM Construction Limited to JSM Group Services Limited
2024
We welcomed new private equity investor TowerBrook capital partners.

We established JSM Utility Services (EU) GmbH
