John as co-founder and Chief Operations Officer of JSM is responsible for implementation of the company’s strategy and all matters relating to the operational performance of the business.

With decades of experience his in-depth knowledge of programming, planning and monitoring work programmes, he provides proactive solutions to engineering challenges, ensuring safety and quality are paramount.

The Operations team are at the very core of the overall JSM service offering and under John’s leadership they are able to provide a highly efficient central support to the entire business. John is passionate about the development of our own direct employees, the opening of the JSM Training Centre is testament to this.
