Works completed two days earlier than expected completion date at the junction of Bower Lane across A39/Bath Road roundabout to Little Sydenham Farm Road. Thank you for your cooperation and patience while we had the 3 way temporary traffic lights system in place to complete the works.

Duct installation works will commence from 13/1/25 for two weeks at the junction of Bower Lane across A39/Bath Road roundabout to Little Sydenham Farm Road.

Works will be under a 3-way temporary traffic light system within 2 stages crossing the roundabout and allowing access at all times. We apologise for any delays in advance.

Remainder of works to be completed in new year. Due to teams working 24/7, we have ensured no single lane closures are required in the new year.

Duct installation works update on the A39 Bath Road, teams have been working 7 days a week to progress works along affected area, currently under a one way directional closure, we are now 42% completion in section.

Works have now commenced on the A39 Bath Road, From Junction Old Bath Road to Crandon Bridge. Excavation and ducting installation works will be ongoing to the expected completion of route section on 15/11/24. Site cleared interval for carnival from 30/10 – 03/11. To undertake our works safely we will be working within a one-way directional closure with access to Bridgwater Southbound only as required by the local authority highways department, we apologise for any delays in advance.

Works to commence under 3 way lights on A39 Bath Road & Old Bath Road on 16/09 to 19/09 to allow excavation & ducting installation works crossing Old Bath Road to A39 Bath Road before the one-way directional closure will be in place, access to all businesses & residents maintained at all times, we apologies for any delays that may be caused.

Works to start on A39 Bath Road, From Junction Old Bath Road to Crandon Bridge, excavation and ducting installation works are planned to take place from 19/09/24 -15/11/24, with site cleared interval for carnival from 30/10 – 03/11. To undertake our works safely we will be working within a
One-way directional closure with access to Bridgwater Southbound only
as required by the local authority highways department.

We have now mobilised on Bower Lane, with a road closure from Blackberry Way (New Housing Estate) to Butterflies Day Nursery, allowing access to all businesses & houses from the A39 Bath Road side of Bower Lane.

Works to start on Bower Lane, from Blackberry Way (New Housing Estate) to 40 meters east of Polden Bower School, excavation and ducting installation works are planned to take place from 09/09/24 -30/12/24, with site cleared interval for carnival from 30/10 – 03/11. To undertake our works safely we will be working within road closures over 5 sperate sections to allow access to residents, VMS digital boards will be displayed throughout the works duration giving clear notice of access to from either side of Bower Lane as required by the local authority highways department.

We have mobilised on Little Sydenham Farm Road, conducting excavations for ducting installation, road closure in place on Old Bath Road’s resident’s access route, diversions in place, TM under priority boards, full access to Little Sydenham, Expected completion date in section on 15/09/2024.

We have now mobilised on Westonzoyland Road, works area from Sommerway Drove to Grid Cottage, conducting excavations for ducting installation, temporary traffic signals in place 07:00-19:00, road closures in sections starting 06/08/24 from 07:00-19:00 daily, Expected completion date in section on 04/09/24.

We have now mobilised on Bower Lane, works area from Polden School to Bath Road, conducting excavations for ducting installation.

Expected completion date in section on 01/09/24.
