The Resource Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with the Talent Acquisition Adviser to support hiring managers and provide a high-quality attraction, recruitment, and selection service for the business.
Skills and Experience Required:
Ideally 2 years’ experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or within a similar role
Previous experience within the utilities sector is desired
Confident in head hunting rather than sole reliance on application generation
Relationship building and stakeholder management experience
Awareness of personal brand and impact across the business
Demonstrable success in engaging/placing passive candidates
Skilled in using sourcing tools
Skilled in attracting and placing candidates
Experience working to targets, deadlines
Building Talent Pools
Sourcing candidates for all permanent vacancies via email, calls, LinkedIn Recruiter & job boards
Monitoring all applications via LinkedIn Recruiter & job boards
Telephone screening candidates ensuring you provide a good level of vacancy briefing to gauge interest & the skills meet the request of internal stakeholders and job spec
Checking and copying ID and other proof of right to work documents, always enforcing compliance regulations
Monitoring and updating the ATS accordingly
Working closely with the Internal Recruiter
Write comprehensive candidate profiles and job adverts
Ad hoc administration
Excellent customer service and administrative skills
Strong attention to detail with great communication skills both verbally and written
Able to work effectively under pressure and able to meet very tight deadlines
Strong level of IT, administrative and organisational skills

General Duties:
Candidate attraction and sourcing
Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered at JSM
Managing all recruitment activity via our internal ATS
Consistent delivery of quality CVs aiming for efficiency
Talent pipelining when not working within a hiring window
Create positive relationships with candidates; asks, listens, and builds connections to gain market insight, information, leads and referrals
Chasing CVs and interview feedback from hiring managers
Understand and keep up to date with market trends, information, key movers, and projects to ensure high level conversations with candidates and to drive their own market knowledge
Managing and guiding candidates through recruitment process from the application to start date
Representing the business at recruitment events and exhibitions
